;Description: This palette follows PC-98 specs: 16 colors in 12-bit RGB colordepth (4096 different possible colors, R G and B values have 64 distinct steps ). I developed it with GrafX2 while making the sampled portrait, so it's meant to be used for warm-ish dithered illustrations. All three ramps (pink, skintone, gray-to-brown) interlock and join at the light and dark ends, so within their very limited colorspace they should be somewhat versatile.
