;Description: Meant to be a master pallete for general use in video games.  While it was inspired heavily by the palette of the Pico-8, I actually constructed this one by setting aside black, white, and 1 indermediate grey, then, in what can be seen as an idiosyncratic color ramp, drastically shifting the hues of the rest of the colors as I gradually changed the value, so that the hues go through two full "cycles" throughout.  This should (hopefully) form a "spiral" in the RGB color space, hence the name.
