Homepage Improvements and Gallery Categorization for Mods

I made some fixes to the homepage to make it have less empty space and a bit more content. Dailies is now a single row that combines the last weeks worth of tags into one section. The palette and tag of the day are also now only one box at the top, which brings you to our /dailies page. 

You'll also see a new section on the homepage called Hall of Fame, which shows random pieces from the top 1% of liked pieces on the site. This will expose users to some great pieces that they might have missed.

We've also added a news posts section which shows the most recent site updates. This should help you see what we're working on.

Lastly I've added a feature for mods to be able to change the category of a piece. You may have noticed the gallery queue has been growing, and some pieces seemed to be stuck there. This was because they were in the wrong category but we had no way to fix it. But now we do! So starting now we'll be moving pieces to the right category and approving them. It may take a little while to get through the old queue.
