Remove/hide content from banned accounts

I recently came across a comment with some derogatory content from a user that was banned. The fact that they were banned is good, but the fact that the content remains means that the site is possibly open to bots flooding pages with comments that could paint the site in bad light. If the bots are created solely as single-user burners just to flood the site with trash, a ban wouldn't make a difference and the bad actor would have essentially "won".
