Why is my palette not in the queue yet ?

All of the palettes currently in the queue are relatively new. Meanwhile, I have a palette with an example (ignore the original example, it was missing a color), that has been pending for over a week now. My palette is Herbarium24: https://lospec.com/palette-list/herbarium24

GazerGirl49 the example breaks rule 3 because the colors aren't properly represented. For example, your red is just a couple of pixels spread apart. You should've drawn bigger flowers so that they're more visible, or added something else red, same for the other colors
