I can’t upload palette examples or images

When I try to upload a palette example on my Ipad, it doesn’t work, but on my phone it works fine. It also doesn’t matter which browser I use I’ve tried multiple. Whenever I upload an image, it just says “Failed to upload”

This still doesn’ work, I cant upload palette images or examples, use the DB palette analyzer or the censor analyzer
