Unclear screenshot upload workflow for Software entries

I recently submitted two entries into the `Software` category and while they were still in queue, I tried to upload a screenshot but got an error. Then I tried a second time with the same error appearing. With the two visibly failed upload attempts, I figured I'll probably be able to upload screenshots once the submissions are fully approved.

Now with the entries accepted (thanks!!), I noticed that for https://lospec.com/software/createtextmodeart the same screenshot is uploaded twice. Probably from my earlier attempts.

Besides suggesting a more clear user experience here, it would be great if the duplicate screenshot could be removed from the linked entry. Unfortunately it does not look like I am able to do that myself.
