ArgentVASIMR @argentvasimr I was late to getting this one done. I wasw stuck trying to figure out ideas and just had to go with something. Threw this together, which doesn't feel like a proper pixel artwork to me, unfortunately. It's a weird blend of two conflicting ideas I wanted to try, one idea being a 3D perspective iron golem and one idea being some old piece of parchment explaining how to build an iron golem. I couldn't make the "construction" diagram work properly and my eyes were too tired to sustain the full strength of the bright yellow in this palette to make an entire proper "parchment-coloured" page. This palette is also kind of weird, has shades of grey that can't really do much, I had to rely on shades of green in order to have midtones for the iron blocks.

I never though about using different colors for shading or highlights in a limited pallete and how you make the pallete feel way more expansive than it felt when i was working on my piece with it

Oh yeah, I guess so. It was more of a hacky workaround than I wanted really. There's only two grey shades in this palette, so I had to work with what I had. The iron golem would have been grey too if there were enough grey shades to make it work, but I opted to use the yellow shades instead due to greater colour depth.

Ik that was a work around but it turned out sooo good. Its so cool how situation can make room for inovation. Can't wait to see what you continue to make keep it up bro
