The night I slept seeing this prompt, I had no idea what I was going to do for it. Already saw quite a few good posts with this prompt on the Lospec Discord.

The morning following that night, A burst of inspiration occurred where I could make the Library of Babel, a concept from a short story that involves a massive library that features every possible combination of 410-page books. The general idea is that this library contains absolutely all knowledge -- known and yet-to-be-known -- that is possible. Cure to cancer, how to get rich, everything possible. The catch is that there are far more books that are completely lying, and far, far more books that are complete gibberish.

So, as I was working on this, I realised I could tell a bit of a joke in the image itself. A "goal" in the top left that tells the player of this fictional RPG to "find a book of exits". This is practically impossible as the chance of the book being found is ridiculously small, on top of the chance of the book found being the "truthful" version of that book.

This artwork features "Aster Sinclair" -- my bird fursona -- as the playable character. Added a face icon in the top right corner to add further context on what the tiny sprite in the area is meant to be.

I also spent quite a while trying to figure out a hexagonal coordinate system by myself. There's much better options out there, and technically this coordinate system (and library of babel) is triangular in coordinates. But, oh well.

I had a lot of fun making this one, I'm proud of it. Maybe because I again leveraged experience in isometric work on top me finding finding pixel art text to be good fun.
