That's a really good first attempt at pixel art! Great job on the moon and on the lighting! I recomend trying to reduce the amount of "jaggies" in your pixel art if you're looking to improve (look it up). My first ever piece had a big canvas size as well, and since I had no idea about pixels-per-line and jaggies, I made a lot of errors. Now, whenever I look back at it, I can't unsee all the sloppy lines I did haha! But besides that, fantastic work, keep it up!

For someone's first time this is actually genuinely better than anything I could do, and I've been at it for like 3 years.
