sorry im am an amateur at pixel art want to learn how to create oc and sprites but i dont know how to im on mouse and have tried sillouhete style but it doesnt help and pls reply

I can highly recommend hopping on the Lospec discord server (there's a link at the bottom of every page on the website). And there you can show some of the stuff you tried to do and get feedback. Otherwise I recommend both pixel art tutorials by Brandon James Greer, and also general art tutorials about anatomy, shading, colour theory, perspective, which will all be useful both for traditional drawing and pixel art.

Learning art and pixel art takes some time, you have to be observant and practice, but as you gain in maturity as an artist you will gain a better eye for what looks good and better insight on how to improve.
