This is my first character for a dream project I just started. I would love any constructive feedback. The green "eyes" are actually supposed to be night vision glasses. Hopefully, the mustache doesn't look like a mouth. I can't tell if I'm going crazy.

maybe a darker tone under the mustache to show it better? idk howd that look though lol, Great work!

Some color changes on the hair would look nice. Also light source is ambiguous, cape is lighted on right and pant is lighted on left side. If this is going to be a game it would be better to have no light source as you will probably use same sprite for both ways. Lastly it's kinda off that right under the cape is light where it should be dark.
But Im no professional so take it with a grain of salt
