I wanted to come back to doing pixel art after a long pause. Decided to use a limited palette and make something easy with my OC, Kotsume. The pallete used is N-BRÛLÉE, by Qirlfriend. You can find it here!: https://lospec.com/palette-list/n-brulee . I am also not sure if this is considered "Hand Pixeled" or a "Pixel Painting", lol. I used a XPPen Digital drawing tablet to make it.
