This was inspired by late afternoons playing Oregon Trail on DOS. I tried a few different things with this one, a bookshelf to the right instead of a nightstand, and items casting shadows from the window across the wall. Even in the most minimal forms it kept looking cluttered. I kept a bit of shading from items and lowered the light onto the bed. It doesn’t quite make sense with the lighting on the chair, but that’s okay. I moved the computer from the floor to behind the monitor, underneath it. There are still some things I’d like to change, but this is the third time I’ve changed it before posting, so I thought I’d stop here.
