Fourth day of learning pixel art. This is what I came up with for the #fast Lospec Daily. Not entirely happy with the wind particles but I think overall it's not a bad drawing. Happy with the fact that I was able to stretch my creativity a little and include a character (although he's a bit goofy/doesn't match the theme of the piece too well).
