Doodle for practice with moving static, chromatic aberration, and scanline effects. In a effort to not skip uploading any of my art lately, I'm posting this even though I'd normally have deleted it since it's just an exercise. Just three frames to create the moving effects which is currently as efficient as I am able to make this technique.
