Made in a couple hours, I'm so glad I added the city background at the last minute I really like it, even though I should've added clouds but :/. I would've animated it, but I REALLY dislike animating things, so Imma not. I really like the concept of a bridge/dock with a guy looking up at the night sky with a barrier between the two. I used 2 main palettes: Dynasty 28 & Chasm, along with a couple edits to them.
