I decided to actually use the layering feature Lospec has to create a city with depth to it (A first for me). It took two days and I think I did pretty well, especially with the neon lights and signs, and the "Airtime Saloon" which was a pretty cool idea I had. Quick suggestion with layering: Please make it so that when you hide or unhide a layer, it doesn't go to that layer. It's super fustrating drawing on an invisible layer all the time. I know this isn't the place for suggestions, but I thought I would throw that out there.
