Piece (1/3). This is Reminding U Year 2. I had been occasionally thinking of what to do for Reminding U this year since like the end of January. Before January ended, I browsed the web for some Wii U imagery. I eventually found picture of Wii U Splatoon Bundle Box with a GIANT U on it and it was history from there.

This piece took multiple iterations for me to get all pieces the way I liked, from the logo, to the banner, to the background and foreground. It also kept ballooning. The raw pixel art started out at 200x250 but by the end it was 250x310.

There's also a lot of little details in this piece some hidden and some not. The banner template is based on the Gamepad itself. The logo has a hidden "Wii" in it. I introduced taglines this time, and in this case this one has multiple meanings, 4 in fact.

I used "SNES dirty" from ShaderGlass as the filter.
