I am a big fan! This looks so cool, great job on the cityscape in the back. A couple things I wanted to mention were:
- I know single pixels aren't really popular but I think you used them really well here. The three yellow ones on the side of the car however are a little confusing to me. Are they supposed to be a reflection off the windshield into the back of the car? I just don't see how those lights would be reflecting there.
- I can't tell if the police car's lights are on or not. If your intention is to have them on I would recommend having some blue and red ambient light reflecting off the roof of the car. I think it would look really neat!
- I LOVE the color choice for the police car's outline, it just looks so nice. Very well done!
