Grenchickens @grenchickens I am self taught. Maybe watched some youtube, but I would love some advice or critique on how to get better at Pixel art. I really enjoyed making this because all the colors are really soft and go well with each other.

This is beatiful, but now some critics (from someone who posted 4 pics and only use 20 colors max   )

The back- and foreground blend together and lost depth. The lighter green Tree in the middle dosn`t stand alone, it´s like the green is some fern, moss on the rocks behind.
The background alone is great, the foreground for its self is nice, but putting those two layers together doesn´t work.
Maybe if the background of the Tree in the middle would be sky blue/couds would help to set him on scene.

I still like the colors, the background is lovley, the shape of the trees perfect. I know how many hours you can spend on an area of 50x50 pixels and try to get it perfect. This post is not meant to demotivate, just want to write what I see here and to make this rollercoaster perfect a list at the end. Don´t hate me, please.

There are some optical illusions,
-the tree in the middle has a longer trunk, because of the brown color of clif/rock underneath it.
-there are some witches hidden in the bushes right.
-is there a waterfall, or is it a cloud between the gab in background
-the gras seem to have windy weather, because of the horizontal pixel "stroke", but the trees and clouds stand stady.
