Perhaps my most complex vent art ever. This is a 217-frame animation representing a complete state of brain fog caused by an overwhelming amount of different mental stress stimuli: unending political crisis corroding one's own home, the need to delve into complex topics and acquire new knowledge, the drive to create seeking to stand out, loneliness and relationship traumas, repressed identity, pressure to choose incompatible paths, the need to work, impending death of oneself or a loved one [...] and at the end, the simple need of being able to properly feel and think about anything. This piece is composed of four main sprites based on myself and seven pixel art main backgrounds, which have palette variants create manually. Once the global palette was set, frames with effects such as noise, motion blur, jitter and transparency could be added with color indexation without compromising the other frames of the GIF. The text was mostly created with a modified 'ALL OVER AGAIN' font. Total work time around 15 hours.
