Very new to pixel art but interested in learning for game development purposes.

This is my second attempt at pixel art. (I tried isometric before this but it turned out poorly) I snatched a reference image off the internet and did a basic trace of the outline. The image I referenced is specifically found in chapter 46 of "Eternally Regressing Knight" I spent hours refining it and making it look as close as I could to the reference. I really like the art style of the manwha so I tried to keep that thick outline as much as I could. I had been using a generic color pallette just so that I could imagine the finished image better. Once I was happy with the outline I scoured Lospec's palettes until I found something I liked. (Settled on blackston for most of it. Had to find a random color for the skin tones) Spent a couple hours getting my color choices down and then added the shading. I'm honestly really happy with it considering I've never done this before, but can tell there is MUCH room for improvement. Any advice is welcome and greatly appreciated!
