New to pixel art! Learning and such

The largest thing I've attempted. I feel like in spite of trying to get some faux perspective in with the scaling it did end up looking a bit more flat than I'd like. If anyone has any pointers on that I'd appreciate it! Or any tutorials on making moss, but really up close rather than as abstracted shapes viewed at a more macro scale.
