What if Super Mario Bros 3 was ported to the Game Boy? This piece was made for the #Mario3Redrawn collab. For the Mario sprite, I combined elements from Super Mario Bros 3 (orignal NES version) and Super Mario Land 2. The hud was a bit tricky to get right, but I really liked the result.

Yeah, I think you did a very good job with the HUD considering the limitations.
