After many doodles in Paint.NET, I have made what I consider to be my first ever piece of official pixel art!! (barring my pixel art avatar!) Finally downloading Libresprite and rolling up my sleeves, I got inspired to make my girlfriend's favorite bird. No tracing, just freehand and references! I spent about an hour laying down the main piece, and half an hour fixing up some details. Tell me all that you think!
