As my jump into pixel art, I wanted to do a daily pixel art challenge rigidly emulating one style. This was a great opportunity to get a hang of how to translate non-pixel elements and characters into the medium while still allowing them to be recognizable. It also helped contain my hype for Tears of the Kingdom! The Finals section was, as you can imagine, a busy time so I had no chance to do the dailies that week. The original inspiration was a series of characters made by Hendry Roesly.
