18 Portraits made from the submissions to the PixelJoint Painterly palette competition.

Portraits were painted live on the PJ discord. I didn't strictly time box them but each took about 3-4 hours. I really had a lot of fun doing this.

The name of the art is on the artwork itself. Palette name - Palette creator below. Ordered by submission order in the competition.

And your painterly style is surprisingly effective too! I wonder how you choose what colour to use where, because there are so many variations everywhere!

3-4 hours for one? dude thats like around 70 hours of work. really impressive, it would take me weeks to make atleast one on the "same" level as yours. i have no idea ho you are those but i really like most of the stuff you post
