there's a few edges here and there that could be cleaned up (extra pixels, singles on their own, jaggies etc) and you could consider condensing the palette colours, like, there's a lot of yellows in those 73 colours listed that look almost identical and could be substituted for just five or six (or even less) - same for the red, and other colours
but overall i actually love this peice its so vibrant, and good job on the water ;)
