My... this is beautiful!

Great job with dithering, it gives the fabric a very nice texture. I also agree with SomeDevNow, the wings are kinda hard to tell from the background. Maybe I would have made the outline more obvious, almost full white I wouldn't touch the shading though, it's great as it is!

In any case, this is awesome, congrats!

I thought this was a mural from the medival times! Excelent work! It's hard to tell the wings apart tho ... idk, maybe it needs some shading? It's up to you!

actually you are very right, it could do with extra lines of typical for such wing types patterns on them but i guess i got blinded by so so many colors at that point (.◜◡◝)
