Text Editor and Formatting Updates

I've done a few updates to the editor that's used for long pieces of text in forms across the site.

Formatting Bar

First, the formatting bar at the top will now stick on screen as you scroll down, so you don't have to keep scrolling up while formatting a long post.

New Buttons

Next I've added a few new buttons to the formatting bar: headings and lists. Headings have two sizes, H2 and H3. I didn't allow H1 because that's typically generated automatically at the top of pages. You can also now create lists, both numbered and unnumbered. These are currently only enabled in a few places:

• Articles (like this one)
• Software Page Descriptions
• Software Update Posts

I feel they aren't really necessary to have on other places like gallery pages, but they could be enabled anywhere if needed.

You can create these with the new buttons, or type in the shortcuts at the start of a line such as a number or dash, or ## / ### for headings.

Emoji Picker

Lastly, the emoji picker has had a visual update. It's now larger and cleaner, plus there's a search bar for finding emojis by name. And if you hadn't noticed lately, it also now imports all of the emojis from our Emoji Archive. The other emoji styles feel a bit inadequate now, so I may either remove them or try to expand the selection with new sets.
