Allow Adding Tags

Allow other users to add Tags to color palletes, some color palletes seem abandoned and have a small amount of tagging. it would be helpful for discovery if users could add Tags to make them more findable. here are some examples:

https://lospec.com/palette-list/team-fortress-2-official

this one lacks "tf2" "valve" i submitted a request to add it

https://lospec.com/palette-list/mann-co-paint-cans

and this one is not titled properly and missing the "teamfortress" tag

the only searchable thing related to team fortress 2 in this post is the "tf2" tag theres no mention of teamfortress or team fortress varients anywhere else.

https://lospec.com/palette-list/withering-24

this one could use the "autumn" tag if you search for the tag it only shows 46 results and its probably because people arent tagging that much or dont know that autumn is a pallete

https://lospec.com/palette-list/damp-rainbows

damp rainbows by @mdev-0 could use "pastel" as a tag

its tiny things like this that would flourish the tag system lots, steams store lets users suggest tags for games and it feels like youre contributing to growth when an indie game doesnt tag enough

(go to a random game on the steam store, click the + icon next to the tags for an example)

It would make people feel involved but also it feels nice helping people discover or finding things i wouldnt normally find! theres been many times where i finish an art piece and i ask my friend for hashtag ideas.

Thanks!

There's a website I know of that does something very similar to this. And so that moderators have to do less, there's a popup poll on the home screen asking the a random user if [insert tag] fits on [insert thing] so that incorrect tags aren't submitted by others
