I've had an interest in pixel art for years but only started making it in 2020. I can more often be found over at Pixel Joint.

A tarot card for Pixel Joint's tarot collaboration.

III - The Empress: Fruitfulness, action, initiative, length of days; the unknown, clandestine; also difficulty, doubt, ignorance.

Reversed: Light, truth, the unraveling of involved matters, public rejoicings; according to another reading, vacillation.

Inspired by Art Nouveau, silent films, comics and psychedelia. I tried to keep some of the symbolism from the Rider-Waite tarot deck, but it's minimal. The twelve flowers represent the months of the year as well as the growth of the natural world.
