posted 5 hours ago | 81 colors | #precisenormals | Are you making normal maps for your sprites by hand? Are you sick of not knowing the exact angle of your surfaces? Does the discrete normal sphere in your editor not have enough sections? It is possible I'm the only one with these problems, but if not, you're gonna love this. Bring this pallete into your editor of choice, drag your dividers until it's 9 swatches wide, and you'll have a perfect square of normal values to use. The angles go from 90, 68, 45, 23, to 0 and then back down again on the other side. The heights go from 128 around the outside to 255 in the middle, graduated to where they'd be on the sphere.

posted 5 hours ago | 10 colors | #hexachrome | Hexachrome is a printing technique that uses 6 colours instead of 4 in order to produce a wider range of colours. the initial 6 colours are the "Full Primary", the 7th colour is Substrate/Paper White and the final 3 colours are CMY secondary colours. The colours were pulled from an image found in this article: https://www.convertingmagazine.it/hexachrome-pros-cons-and-an-original-test/

posted 5 hours ago | 14 colors | #cncmnmana | This is an edit of an extended version of Calm N Chloric I made a few years ago. This can be used like the other CNC ones for 1.5 bit or 2 bit and even using the whole palette on a piece. I made the palette to harmonize with itself and can be used in many ways.

posted 5 hours ago | 40 colors | #realmofesa | Here is a well-balanced palette based on 4 high-sat base colors, 4 medium-sat base colors, and a blue-grey. Each has a light and dark shade, with some of them being extended further, to give a better range for earth/wood/gold/aqua materials. Based on the palette used for a JRPG engine I was making a long while ago... which was originally based on Fantasy 24 with some added purples, but for this, I recreated all the colors from scratch.

posted 5 hours ago | 6 colors | #walsndors | A few years ago I sampled an image of my wal, but it just got muddier and dustier. Useful for wals and dors (and sorta a pastel look with the not so dark darks and not so light lights).
