because if you port a palette to a video game console, the hexes will be different and will be used as an offical palette, rather than a fanmade one.
wow nice 4-bit color palette shrimpcat but if i convert it to a sega game gear than hexes would have to be like, #100, #211, #532, #954, #c34, #f65, #fa5, #fda, #296, #9e7, #fe7, #eee, #23a, #57d, #7cf, #aed, and thats it.
why do you do this to like every palette
