Random16 Palette

Created by /dev/urandom

My first attempt at a 16-color palette. I wanted it to have a nice set of grays and a vibrant purple. By the end, it started to become quite similar to the SimpleJPC-16 palette, though (which is a really nice palette IMO) -- with the most significant differences being a brighter set of grayish/bluish colors, a more saturated set of reds/greens/blues and a more orange-ish color in the yellow ramp.

That makes sense. My set of colors ended up being very similar to SimpleJPC-16, which in turn was inspired by the MSX and other Japanese home computers.
