sure, all palettes on lospec are public domain, it's your choice even if you want to cite the palette used or not! What's the name of the game tho i'm curious to see

Mmm, still i notice a lack of yellows and desaturated options for backgrounds and fog. If i ever make a 3rd one, I'll take that into account

well, i had 2 empty spaces left, so i put bright yellow and bight red. The bright yellow can be used instead of the light yellow for glowing/metallic surface. While the bright red is the only color in this palette who can't fit in any existing ramps, so you're right there, i just put it there because i had a free slot, consider them as bonus/extra colors

This palette actually is perfect, I use it for almost every pixel art (+some extra colors if the palette doesn't have a color)

I get your point, maybe in the future i will make a more extreme palette with heavy hueshifting, but this one is made to be as balanced as it can be, between having it's own style and giving to the artist all the colors he could need. Colors like light blue, dark yellow, light red etc, that with heavy hue shift either wouldn't exist or be part to a different ramp. Also i wanted to make all ramps the same size to easly change colors to an object without having to re arrange colors from other ramps to make it work.
