This palette was originally created by Mathew Eis and posted to his site. It's a reconstruction of windows 95's 8-bit 256 color palette.
Had trouble getting it working so uploading it here to convert, as well as share with other people looking for it (took me a bit of searching to find)

A minimalized color palette inspired by the graphic novel, Hilda by Luke Pearson. I wanted something a little restrictive that forces you to get creative with how you apply your colors without making the challenge unenjoyable. I started off with screen grabs of the pages and animated series then tweaked as needed so its more of my interpretation than a perfect match. I'm using it to colorize a Game Boy Color project I'm working on and i like the results. see the sample image
