Soggy Sepia CRT 2.0
New

Created by Digi

This palette was painstakingly designed with hand picked colors intended to recreate the chromatic aberration and other visual effects of a CRT monitor. 32 Colors, 12 Ramps which can each be used individually for monochromatic pieces or together for subtle variations and extra depth. Eight base colors with a sepia tone each have three additional variations in hue leaning to red, green, and blue, which gives the impression of the eight base colors being more neutral (although in reality they're each quite warm).

  • Soggy Sepia CRT 2.0 Palette Example by Digi

This example showcases some possible uses of the palette including the intended use of utilizing all colors to mimic the effects of a CRT monitor as shown in the first example as well as how it may look to use the Ramps as individual monochrome palettes as shown in the second example.  - by Digi

GB Pastel
New

Created by Michael Connor

A palette designed for use on the GameBoy Color, where each main tone shares the same purple shade accent (with an alternate navy blue accent). Also, the colors each have a hint of blue to aid in palette cohesion. This palette may be expanded in the future, but this is all I've done for the moment. Inspired by classic Pokemon's color techniques.

F O O D S (and a drink, lol). My submission for a challenge in Pixel Art Indonesia FB group. Some of these are Indonesian food (martabak & jalangkote), and some more (corn dog, dates, iced tea) is worldwide known. Very nice palette I must say, it was a fun experiment. Hope you enjoy!! - by Nora Ko

Jehkoba64

Created by Jehkoba

A refined version of my "Z64" palette.  I've spent more time on smooth ramping, swapped out a few colours to balance the spectrum, and done a bunch of tinkering with sprite creation to get this just right.  A vibrant selection intended to cover all the needs of a retro game or art project.  β™₯
