A versatile gaming palette that's great for recolors, mockups, sprites, and anything else you can think of. The palette works well for an SNES/Genesis feel as the colors are in simulated 15-bit color (The HEX values are combinations from 32 discrete usable value positions for each channel spread equally over the full 00-FF color space ex. 00, 08, 10, ... EF, F7, FF).
