The 256-color VGA default palette from Recreational Software Designs' DOS game-creation software Game-Maker. Some colours are referenced more than once by the original palette indices, resulting in a total of less than 256 colors onscreen unless the user manually edits the palette in their Game-Maker game, though it can indeed easily be done in the program itself.
