Ultralighter-26 Palette

Overhauled my Highlighter palette from a few years ago. I put heavy emphasis on both darker and fantasy skintones, plus some experimental ramps for different uses. Intended specifically for characters and creatures of many colors. Also contains many grays for blending and neutralizing the stronger, more saturated bits.
