MakeCode Arcade is an online "2D pixelated game development environment" created by Microsoft. This is its default palette. The exact hex codes were taken from here: https://arcade.makecode.com/developer/images. Index zero is usually transparent, but that has been left out.

Microsoft MakeCode Arcade Remixed

I decided to tweak some colors of the original Microsoft Makecode Arcade (https://lospec.com/palette-list/microsoft-makecode-arcade) palette so that you have better color options and it is compatible with the Microsoft MakeCode Arcade App, just change the colors by entering this palette's hex codes.
