Originally started out as a 1bit palette, but a pink was added to create shadows, or in a video game, to denote decorations you can't interact with. The red reminded me of the sangria my ex used to make. If she's reading this, I miss you. Even though it's been 10 years, you're still in thoughts every single day. I used this pallet to create a chibi character. It has both the three skin tone and the background which where the greens and blues. I also end up adding the line art color which is grey. With this combination you will be able to create a minimalist lofi piece with a hint of aesthetic on it. Hope you like it.

I based this on the iconic Nike Air Max 90 in Infrared. The red is the official hex code from the Nike designers. I used photo references of the shoes from different angles then spaced out the cool greys for a smooth ramp.
