Spectral 16 Palette
This palette went through a lot of revisions, and I think I finally got it to be where I'm happy with it. I had planned to do 464x120 for canvas size, but it proved daunting for me, so I just did 232x60, figuring that I could just upscale it when done. This palette was inspired by 16-color palettes, mainly Pico-8 and MSX. The basic categories (grayscale, base colors, skin and dark colors) have been covered here.
