The Lospec Palette List is a database of palettes for pixel art. We include both palettes that originate from old hardware that could only display a few colors, as well as palettes created by pixel artists specifically for making art. All palettes can be downloaded and imported into your pixelling software of choice (learn how). You can also try a our palette of the day or a random palette.
A digital palette based on the original palette used by Watchmen colorist John Higgins. Referenced from an image of his original palette and way too much research into what the little numbers and letters on the palette mean.
Inspired by the official values given in the 1982 DC Comics Style Guide. Not mint condition colors, but slightly aged to give that feeling of authentic vintage print. Perfect for bold and brave superheroics!
