Made by creating monoramps in cmyk (3 lighter shades, 3 darker shades), then using layers of dithering to create the mixed colours. This palette is made to pick colours from and would not be used all at once. Where I found the reference: https://kleinletters.com/Blog/coloring-comics-old-school/

Old School pallete? Most of the colors are mine, but some are taken from MSPaint which is why i am calling it MSTinta, its my own spin on it, most colors were changed as i was making it though, so its not a complete rip-off from Mspaint.

Yet another gbc palette, this comes from the sprites of Pokemon Puzzle Challenge, courtesy of the spriters resource. The games sprites have a really nice pop and pastelish look I really liked. It also has a surprisingly decent selection of skin tones. The simple variety of colors could work an rpg, portraits, or anything you'd like.
