Like all my color palletes, it's says "32 colors" but one of those colors is used for transparencies. After finally ending my long steampunk art era I'm going completely the opposite now with a genre I haven't heard as much about it as steam: Solarpunk. Oh and by the way I did indeed look for a solarpunk palette, and once again I couldn't find one I was satisfied with SO I WENT: "Fine, I'll do it myself."
